Warranty policy

Saite Technology Vietnam Joint Stock Company (Saite Tech VN JSC) applies a one-to-one warranty policy due to manufacturing defects for all types of civil batteries manufactured by SAITE

Warranty period depends on each product line, according to the manufacturer's warranty provisions.

CASES WITHOUT WARRANTY

- Batteries not manufactured by SAITE, showing signs of tampering, expired warranty period

- Manufacturer’s warranty card is lost, erased or modified information (images, logos, labels printed on bloc is blurred or not intact)

- The used battery is too exhausted (with the voltage less than 10 volts for a motorcycle starter)

- Improper use or improper purpose

- Appearance is deformed: bulging, dented, cracked, broken, subsided or perforated

- There are signs of battery repair

- Explosion, fire, natural disaster, fire, etc. insects and natural wear and tear.
